As part of the eTwinning "Carbon Footprint" STEM project, we carried out a meaningful activity within the scope of the January theme, Soil. We emphasized the importance of consuming seasonal organic foods and researched the effects of seasonal eating on reducing the carbon footprint, creating a valuable awareness. In light of this information, we shared what we learned with our families and cooked seasonal meals together. Preparing fun and creative plate designs was both an enjoyable and educational experience for us.
